Peter is the MD of excellerate, a leading business coach and author of a number of really interesting books about personal and organisational development.

His experience for over 20 years has been in the heart of the Telecoms and IT industries before setting up excellerate in 2000.

Peter is well known as an innovator; always finding new ideas and new applications that help businesses to achieve more, consistently.

Peter heads up the business development part of the business, which mostly involves coming up with ideas for new stuff.

Clay Lowe

Clay’s eclectic professional life has taken him from the trenches to the boardroom, from motivating combat troops to motivating corporate staff.  Clay's approach is innovative, gently challenging and thought provoking.

Clay holds a BSc in Military History and is an accredited NLP Practitioner, a Master Fitness Trainer and an Insights Practitioner.

Clay heads up the service delivery part of the business, which is really about creating innovative and challenging programs and inspiring our clients.

Linda Baker

Linda also worked in the telecoms industry for many years, in service delivery and sales, before joining the excellerate team.

Linda works with Peter in the business development part of the business, managing our client relationships and developing new channels to market.

Sharon Sullivan

Sharon’s background is in Category Marketing Management and HR & Training within blue chip corporates. She started learning about NLP in 2005 and now co-trains our public programs with Peter.

Sharon works with Clay in the service delivery part of the business and also manages development and marketing of our public programs.

David Nicoll

David is our company secretary and accountant and has worked in businesses ranging from new-start-ups to listed companies and brings a breadth of experience and perspective. David is also a SNLP certified NLP Trainer and registered Hypnotherapist, so he really understands our business and the work we do with our clients - something very rare and valuable.

Stefan Bird

Shaun Young

Shaun has over 10 years experience of providing training, facilitation and coaching to clients in both the commercial, and non profit sectors.

He specialises in behavioural change management, coaching individuals and groups through change.

B.Sc. (Hons) in Behavioural Science, diploma in Life Coaching, diploma in Advice and Guidance and a certificate in Person Centred Counselling.

Tracey West

She has specific expertise in coaching large teams to improve performance and productivity in a service sector environment, and has been instrumental in the development, implementation and provision of Customer Service, Sales, Coaching and Recruitment training for some of the main players in the Retail Sector.
