We are always slow in admitting any great change in which we do not see the intermediate steps

Working with excellerate
Our vision is too free organisations from the binds of the industrial age which inhibit and constrain human performance and potential. Over organisation of roles and tasks has led to a decrease in potential performance - contrary to why those roles and tasks were created. We are an inherently creative and adaptive species, we are not evolved to work within narrow roles. Our unique speciality as a species is the ability to adapt, yet this is exactly what is constrained within an industrialised hierarchy. As Robert A. Heinlein famously said, specialisation is for insects.
We are able to capture the essence of high performance in an organisation and replicate it, helping the people in that business to achieve excellence more consistently. We are able to see the uniqueness and potential within an organisation, a group of people, a person, in order to bring about transformational change and unleash the raw power of the human spirit.
We are standing at the dawn of a new era in the way that businesses organise themselves around people. For the past 200 years or so, people have worked in roles designed around machines and today’s equivalent, the business process. By freeing the people in businesses from those restrictions, we enable them to achieve their own potential and that of the organisation as a result, creating sustainable and exciting businesses, fuelled by the passion that comes from working in an aligned team, working with passion and purpose.

Our primary focus is on results - tangible, measurable, business
focused results delivered through personal growth and performance.
Whether working on business or personal goals, we judge our
own performance by the results you get.
Those results are achieved through people - our team and your
team working together to help everyone become everything they aspire to be.
We work to a set of ethics and values, and we choose to work with
clients and partners who are aligned with those values.

Tip of the day:
Don't let people take sandwiches to their desks. Make a point of stopping and having lunch together. Eating together is such a vital, primal part of our social bonding process that you must make an effort to do it.
