If you're hoping to send through your CV as a potential associate, then you've come to the right place.

Our focus is on working with experts at a peer level, not selling volume training and using associates to deliver it. We do not have people who don't understand coaching, selling it to organisations, and then using armies of associates to deliver the contract. If that's what you're looking for, you may not find it here.

At excellerate, we work collaboratively with clients to create project teams that are clearly led and outcomes focused. This means that every member of that team is part of the business development process - including the client. We don't sell coaching to clients - we form mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, and every member of our team drives that process.

Take some time to read through the website and learn what we do. Then email us to let us know what you do that's different and complementary, and tell us what you want to do next - what you want the outcome to be. You'll be amazed at how many sales people don't sell themselves and how many coaches don't have clear goals.

Remember - we do not deliver off the shelf, mass produced coaching or training programs. We only engage in projects that are innovative, transformational and rewarding for both us and the client. Therefore, we do not need an army of associates to deliver a commodity service, because we do not provide a commodity service.

We're always looking for new ways to develop the excellerate brand with new capabilities. We're happy to help you develop under the excellerate brand, but we don't sell coaching for you to deliver. The community we work in is a peer group, not a hierarchy. We can provide an established brand and support community. You can provide a unique set of skills and the desire to sell those skills to clients. If that works for you, we look forward to hearing from you.
